FINDINGS:
Mild to moderate cardiomegaly is present, increased in size compared to the
 previous study.  The mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable. 
 Pulmonary vasculature is normal.  There are minimal linear opacities in the
 lung bases compatible with atelectasis.  No focal consolidation, pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax is present.  Multiple clips are seen within the right
 upper abdomen.  There are no acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Mild to moderate cardiomegaly, increased compared to the previous exam. 
 Bibasilar atelectasis.
