FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were reviewed.  Compared to the
 most recent study, there has been slight interval decrease in a small right
 pleural effusion.  Linear opacities in the left lower lobe likely represents
 atelectasis; otherwise, lungs are clear without focal consolidation, pulmonary
 edema, pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  Normal cardiac and mediastinal
 contours.  A left-sided Port-A-Cath ends in the mid-to-distal superior vena
 cava.  There are no concerning osseous or soft tissue lesions.

IMPRESSION:
Slight interval decrease in small right-sided pleural effusion.
