FINDINGS:
PA and lateral chest radiograph demonstrates clear lungs
 bilaterally.  The lungs are hyperinflated with flattening of the diaphragm
 bilaterally.  The cardiomediastinal and hilar contours are within normal
 limits.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  Osseous structures are
 without acute abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiothoracic abnormality.
