FINDINGS:
The right hemidiaphragm is elevated as seen on prior studies.  The lungs are
 clear without focal consolidation.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is
 seen. The pulmonary artery is mildly enlarged consistent with pulmonary
 arterial hypertension.  Heart size of normal.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Heart size is normal.  No evidence pericardial effusion.  2.  Mildly
 enlarged pulmonary artery consistent with pulmonary arterial hypertension.  3.
 No acute cardiopulmonary process.
