FINDINGS:
Heart size is top normal. Aortic knob calcifications are present. Otherwise
 the mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable. There is no pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax. The right hemidiaphragm is slightly elevated
 compared to the left.  The lungs are well-expanded without focal
 consolidation.  There is mild prominence of the interstitial markings.  The
 upper abdomen is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process. Mild prominence of the interstitial markings
