FINDINGS:
The left chest wall pacemaker generator obscures portions of the left hemi
 thorax.  No left chest tube is definitively visualized.  Lung volumes are
 lower with persistent retrocardiac opacity likely reflecting combination of
 effusion and atelectasis/consolidation.  Mild pulmonary edema appears stable.

IMPRESSION:
No chest tube visualized in the left hemithorax, possibly obscured by the
 pacemaker generator.
 
 RECOMMENDATION(S):  Consider repeat radiograph with PA and lateral technique.
