FINDINGS:
In comparison with the study of , there are slightly better
 lung volumes.  Continued enlargement of the cardiac silhouette with evidence
 of pulmonary vascular congestion.  More confluent region in the right
 infrahilar region could reflect asymmetric pulmonary edema, possibility of
 supervening pneumonia would have to be considered in the appropriate clinical
 setting.
 
 Mild retrocardiac opacification is consistent with some volume loss in the
 left lower lobe.
