 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  CCB overdose.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study .
 
 Patient has been extubated.  Right IJ catheter tip is seen in the upper right
 atrium.  Mild cardiomegaly is accentuated by the projection.  Bibasilar
 opacities larger on the left side have improved.  There are no new lung
 abnormalities, pneumothorax or pleural effusion.  Widened mediastinum due to
 engorgement of the vessels is stable.
