FINDINGS:
Interval removal of right IJ line. NG tube is not well seen beyond the level
of the carina and is not seen to traverse the diaphragm. ETT is 5 cm above
the carina. Cardio mediastinal silhouette is unchanged. There is no
pneumothorax. Bilateral low lung volumes. Bilateral small pleural effusions
unchanged. Bilateral pulmonary edema is unchanged compared to . Bibasilar atelectasis unchanged. No evidence of pneumonia.

IMPRESSION:
Tip of the NG tube is not well seen beyond the level of the carina that is not
noted to cross the diaphragm. If further evaluation of the position of the NG
tube is needed, consider abdominal radiograph with superior margin at the
 level of the carina.

Stable bilateral pulmonary edema and bibasilar atelectasis and probable small
bilateral pleural effusions. No evidence of pneumonia.
