 REASON FOR EXAMINATION:  Hypoxia and assessment of the ET tube placement.
 
 AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to .
 
 Widespread interstitial opacities are similar to prior study with minimal
 questionable improvement seen.  Overall, the appearance is consistent with
 interstitial edema but bibasal consolidations are disproportionately worse
 than the rest and might reflect areas of consolidation due to pneumonia. 
 Bilateral pleural effusion is most likely present.  ET tube tip is 5 cm above
 the carina.  The right PICC line tip is at the level of superior SVC.
