FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Left chest wall pacer device is
 again noted with leads extending into the region of the right atrium and right
 ventricle.  There is linear density in the right mid lung unchanged from prior
 likely mild scarring.  There is no focal consolidation, large effusion or
 pneumothorax.  No signs of congestion or edema.  The heart size is stable and
 normal.  The aorta is unfolded with unchanged mediastinal contour.  Bony
 structures are intact.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
No signs of pneumonia.
