FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Right chest wall Port-A-Cath is
 new from prior with catheter tip extending into the region of the low SVC. 
 The lungs are clear.  The heart size is normal.  There is a extremely tortuous
 thoracic aorta again noted.  Bony structures are intact.  No free air below
 the right hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
No acute findings in the chest.  Catheter positioned appropriately.  Markedly
 tortuous thoracic aorta.
