FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. Again seen
is right-sided volume loss with right pleural scarring seen, particularly at
the right lung apex. Patient is status post esophagectomy and again
presumably radiation to the midline in the upper chest. Fullness along the
right cardiac border, slightly more prominent as compared to the prior study,
likely relates to patient's gastric pull-through as seen on CT. No
definite new focal consolidation is seen. There is no new pleural effusion or
pneumothorax. Calcified hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes again seen.

IMPRESSION:
No new focal consolidation. Postoperative changes in this
patient status post esophagectomy with gastric pull-through.
