FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are low leading to crowding of the bronchovascular structures. 
 Left lower lobe and retrocardiac opacity likely reflects atelectasis.  There
 is now definitive lobar consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.  The
 cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits.

IMPRESSION:
Low lung volumes and left basilar atelectasis.  No definitive consolidation.
