FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest.  There is biapical
 scarring, worse on the right.  Indistinct pulmonary vascular markings are
 seen, particularly at the bases.  Assymetric right mid to basilar opacity is
 also seen.  There is a small right-sided pleural effusion and moderate
 cardiomegaly.  No acute osseous abnormality is identified.  Probable coronary
 artery stent identified.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary edema.  Asymmetric right mid to lower lung opacity
 may be due to asymmetric edema although superimposed infection is possible.
