FINDINGS:
ETT tip projects approximately 2.5 cm from the carina. An enteric tube
traverses the diaphragm into the left upper quadrant with its tip is beyond
the field of this image. The lungs are well-expanded. The heart is normal in
size. The mediastinum is not widened. No pneumothorax or pleural effusion.
Bilateral, symmetric increased interstitial markings is likely secondary to
bronchovascular crowding in the setting of lower lung volumes. No edema.
Minimal atelectasis in the retrocardiac region is new. An ovoid opacity
projects over the right hemithorax and appears to be external to the patient.
 No acute osseous abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
1. ETT 2.5 cm from the carina with neck flexed.
 2. No edema. Interval development of focal atelectasis in the retrocardiac
 region.
