FINDINGS:
The cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours are normal.  The pulmonary
 vascularity is not engorged.  New patchy ill-defined opacity is noted within
 the right lower lobe concerning for pneumonia.  Left lung is clear.  There is
 minimal scarring within the lung apices.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
 is present.  There are no acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe pneumonia.  Follow up radiographs after treatment are
 recommended to ensure resolution of this finding.
