FINDINGS:
Since , there is interval decrease in right mid-lung opacities.
 Persistence of left mid-lung opacities are concerning for pneumonia.  The tip
 of an endotracheal tube is seen 5.2 cm above the carina.  A feeding tube is
 seen in the stomach.  A Swan-Ganz catheter tip is seen in the main pulmonary
 artery.  Bilateral chest tubes are in unchanged position.  The heart size is
 unchanged.  No pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
1. Persistence of left mid-lung opacities are concerning for pneumonia.
