FINDINGS:
Cardiomediastinal silhouette and hilar contours are unremarkable. 
 There are subtle right upper lobe opacities seen on frontal view only.  Lungs
 are otherwise clear.  Pleural surfaces are clear without effusion or
 pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Subtle peripheral right upper lobe densities seen on frontal view
 only, concerning for pneumonia.
 
 Results were discussed over the telephone with Dr.  by Dr.
  at 4:30 p.m. on  immediately at the time of
 initial interpretation.
