FINDINGS:
Patient is known to have a left hilar mass seen on chest radiograph
 from 1 day earlier.  Please refer to subsequent CT chest for further details. 
 Subtle opacity in the left mid lung peripherally is concerning for pneumonia. 
 Cardiac silhouette appears normal in size.  No pneumothorax.  Bony structures
 appear demineralized, though intact.

IMPRESSION:
Left hilar mass.  Peripheral left mid lung opacity concerning for
 pneumonia.  Please refer to subsequent CT for further details.
