IMPRESSION:
PA and lateral chest compared to :
 
 There has been improvement in bronchopneumonia in the lower aspects of both
 lungs since .  Small bilateral pleural effusions are new or newly
 apparent, but there has been no pulmonary edema.  Heart size is normal and
 mediastinal vasculature is not dilated.  There is mild cephalization of
 pulmonary blood flow and therefore intermittent cardiac dysfunction may have
 been a factor.  New right PIC line ends in the upper SVC.  No pneumothorax.
