FINDINGS:
Portable supine chest radiograph demonstrates an endotracheal tube
tip located at least 5 cm from the level of the carina. A left upper
extremity PICC tip is located at the cavoatrial junction.

Airspace opacities are present throughout all lobes, most severe in the left
upper lobe, and are increased from . There is no appreciable pleural
effusion or pneumothorax on this supine film. The cardiac silhouette and
 mediastinal contours remain normal.

IMPRESSION:
1. Increasing airspace opacity affecting all lobes represents worsened
 non-cardiogenic edema.

 2. Standard position of support devices, although the ETT cuff appears
 overinflated.
