IMPRESSION:
1.  Lung volumes remain low.  The cardiac and mediastinal contours are stable.
 There are some streaky retrocardiac opacities, but these do not appear to be
 significantly changed since the pre-operative study of  and
 therefore likely reflect areas of atelectasis or scarring.  There is
 prominence to the interstitium which may reflect age-related changes or small
 airways disease.  No focal airspace consolidation is seen to suggest
 pneumonia.  No pneumothorax.  Clips in the right upper quadrant are consistent
 with prior cholecystectomy.
