FINDINGS:
The parenchymal opacities on the right have decreased in the interval.  The
 right pleural effusion is stable in size.  Right apical pleural thickening and
 multiple calcified granulomas are redemonstrated.  The left lung is
 essentially clear.  The pulmonary vasculature is normal.  There is a stable
 appearance of the cardiomediastinal silhouette.  There is no pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
1. Improving parenchymal opacities on the right.
 2. Improved interstitial pulmonary edema.
 3. Stable right pleural effusion.
