IMPRESSION:
Pulmonary vasculature is slightly more engorged today than on , and
 lung volumes are slightly lower, but there is no good evidence for cardiac
 decompensation, and the extent of linear atelectasis at the lung bases is
 stable.  Right hemidiaphragm remains more elevated than the left.  No
 appreciable pleural abnormality.  Right PICC or subclavian line ends in the
 upper to mid SVC.  No pneumothorax.
