FINDINGS:
There is a 1.2 cm rounded opacity just inferior to the right scapular border. 
 No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and mediastinal
 silhouettes are unremarkable.  A right-sided Port-A-Cath terminates in the mid
 SVC.

IMPRESSION:
A 1.2 cm rounded opacity just inferior to the right scapular border is of
 uncertain etiology, and may be external to the patient, for which shallow
 oblique radiographs or CT chest is recommended to evaluate for pulmonary
 nodule.
 
 RECOMMENDATION(S):  Recommend shallow oblique radiographs or CT chest.
