FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are persistently low.  No focal consolidation
 concerning for pneumonia, pleural effusion or pneumothorax is detected.  Mild
 bibasilar atelectasis/bronchovascular crowding is noted in the setting of low
 lung volumes.  The cardiac silhouette is top normal in size but stable.  The
 mediastinal and hilar contours are within normal limits.  The trachea is
 midline.  The visualized upper abdomen is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
1.  No acute cardiopulmonary process.
 2.  Top normal heart size, unchanged.
