FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Tiny clips project over the
 right base of neck.  Lungs are hyperinflated and clear.  There is no focal
 consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is
 normal. Imaged osseous structures are intact.  Anterior spurs in the mid to
 lower T-spine noted.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
No acute intrathoracic process.
