FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. The heart
 size and cardiomediastinal contours are normal. The lungs are clear. No focal
 consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.  Midline retrocardiac
 opacity is consistent with a moderate sized hiatal hernia.  No radiopaque
 foreign body.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.  Moderate-sized hiatal hernia.
