FINDINGS:
Lung volume is low. Airspace opacities are identified in bilateral lungs with
 lower lobe and central predominance.  There is no pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  Cardiac silhouette is exaggerated by low lung volumes.

IMPRESSION:
Diffuse airspace opacities in bilateral lungs are concerning for wide spread
 multifocal pneumonia.  Differential also includes metastasis and sarcoidosis.
