FINDINGS:
Multiple support devices are in unchanged position from the prior
exam including a Swan-Ganz catheter with the tip in the distal main pulmonary
artery. Two hemostats are in unchanged position overlying the mediastinum.
Bilateral chest tubes are present. A right pleural effusion is unchanged in
size. There is no left pleural effusion. There is no consolidation,
pulmonary edema, or pneumothorax. Very mild pulmonary edema present on the
prior radiograph has resolved. The mediastinal contours are minimally widened
and unchanged from prior exams. The cardiac silhouette is normal.

1. Stable small right pleural effusion.
 2. Resolution of mild pulmonary edema.
 3. Unchanged position of multiple support devices.
 4. No new consolidation.
