FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are slightly low.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette and pulmonary
 vasculature are stable since the prior examinations.  There is stable
 elevation of the left hemidiaphragm.  Aortic knob calcifications are similar
 to the prior examination.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  No
 definite consolidation is identified.

IMPRESSION:
No acute intrathoracic abnormality.
