FINDINGS:
There is a left pectoral pacemaker with leads in the right atrium and right
 ventricle.
 
 There are no focal consolidations or interstitial thickening to suggest
 amiodarone toxicity.  The pulmonary vasculature is normal.  There is a stable
 appearance of the cardiomediastinal silhouette.  There is no pneumothorax. 
 There is no pleural effusion.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of focal consolidation or amiodarone toxicity.
