 increased interstitial markings are slightly improved from . 
 There is no focal consolidation or pneumothorax.  Cardiomegaly is increased
 since .  Healed posterior right fourth rib fracture is unchanged. 
 No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
1. Short interval increase in heart size raises concern for potential
 pericardial effusion.
 2. Small to moderate pleural effusions are greater on the left, but not
 significantly changed since .
 3. Diffusely increased interstitial markings, suggesting pulmonary edema, are
 slightly improved from .
