FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest.  Right PICC is seen with
 tip best delineated on the lateral view within the lower SVC.  Retrocardiac
 opacity persists but is improved since exam  days prior.  Superiorly, the
 lungs are clear.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. 
 No acute osseous abnormality is identified.  Surgical clips project over the
 left upper quadrant.  Cervical fixation hardware is identified.

IMPRESSION:
Resolving left lower lobe opacity compared to exam from four days
 prior.  Right PICC tip in the distal SVC.
