FINDINGS:
Cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours are normal. Pulmonary vasculature is
 normal. Lungs appear clear. The previously noted patchy opacity within the
 right lower lobe seen on CT is not well visualized on the current exam. No
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax is present. Cervical spinal fusion hardware
 is partially imaged. Several clips are noted within the left upper quadrant of
 the abdomen.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality. Of note, the patchy opacity within the
 right lower lobe seen on prior CT is not visualized on the current radiograph.
