  right upper lobe opacity concerning for pneumonia
 
                                 FINAL REPORT
 HISTORY:  Shortness of breath, evaluate for pneumonia.  
 
 COMPARISON:  None.
 
 FRONTAL AND LATERAL VIEWS OF THE CHEST:  A vague right upper lobe opacity is
 concerning for pneumonia.  Slight prominence of the hila may indicate
 underlying lymphadenopathy.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. 
 Heart size is normal.
