FINDINGS:
Compared with the prior exam there has been no significant change.  There is
 likely a tiny right pleural effusion as well as persistent right basal opacity
 which has been previously characterized as atelectasis on chest CT, though
 difficult to exclude a component of pneumonia.  Left lung is grossly clear. 
 Cardiomediastinal silhouette is unchanged.  Bony structures are intact.
