FINDINGS:
AP and lateral views of the chest. The lungs are clear of focal consolidation.
 Linear opacity in the retrosternal space most likely atelectasis.  There is no
 large effusion.  Enteric tube passes below the diaphragm with tip in the
 gastric body, in appropriate position.  Cardiac silhouette is upper limits of
 normal.  Descending thoracic aorta is tortuous.  No acute osseous
 abnormalities detected.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
