FINDINGS:
There are changes related to emphysema.  There is superimposed mild
 interstitial pulmonary edema and small bilateral effusions with bibasilar
 atelectasis.  There are no new focally occurring opacities concerning for
 pneumonia.  There is no pneumothorax.  The cardiomediastinal and hilar
 contours are stable demonstrating marked cardiomegaly.  There is tortuosity of
 the thoracic aorta, which contains atherosclerotic calcification.

IMPRESSION:
Mild interstitial pulmonary edema.
