                                 FINAL REPORT
 REASON FOR EXAMINATION:  Evaluation of the patient with HCV and cirrhosis and
 liver cancer, on therapy currently with neutropenia and new onset of cough.
 
 PA and lateral upright chest radiographs were reviewed in comparison to .
 
 Heart size is normal.  Mediastinum is normal.  Lungs are clear.  There is no
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  Liver calcifications corresponding to the
 prior area of treatment is seen in the right upper quadrant just underneath
 the diaphragm on the PA view and anteriorly underneath the diaphragm on the
 lateral view.
