FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral chest radiographs were obtained.
 
 The right hemidiaphgragm is chronically elevated.  Bilateral pleural effusions
 have improved with only small effusions remaining.  The cardiomediastinal
 silhouette and hilar contours are stable.  There is no pneumothorax.  The
 right chest pacer leads are unchanged in position.  Median sternotomy wires
 are intact.  The mitral annulus is heavily calcified.

IMPRESSION:
Interval improvement in bilateral pleural effusions with only
 small effusions remaining.
