FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest demonstrate severe, but
stable right hemidiaphragmatic elevation. Right pectoral cardiac pacer
appears stable with leads terminating in the right atrium and right ventricle.
The right lung volume remains low, but both lungs are clear. The cardiac
contour is prominent. Aortic arch calcifications are noted. There is no
pneumothorax, vascular congestion, or large pleural effusion. Kyphotic
posture is unchanged, with diffuse osteopenia. Extensive aortic
 calcifications are present.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of pneumonia.
