FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest are compared to previous
 exam from .  The lungs are hyperinflated with increased
 retrosternal clear space and flattening of the hemidiaphragms.  There is new
 consolidation at the right lung base laterally.  Elsewhere, the lungs are
 clear of consolidation or effusion.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable as
 are the osseous and soft tissue structures.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower and middle lobe consolidation compatible with
 pneumonia.  Recommend repeat after treatment to document resolution.
