                                 FINAL REPORT
 INDICATION:  -year-old female with shortness of breath, evaluate acute
 process.
 
 COMPARISON:  PA and lateral chest radiograph, .
 
 PA AND LATERAL CHEST RADIOGRAPH:  The cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours
 are unremarkable.  No focal consolidation, pleural effusion or pneumothorax is
 noted.  Retrocardiac calcified nodule is noted, similar in appearance to x-ray
 from .  Second nodular opacity in the left upper lung field is
 unchanged from . A nodular opacity in the left uppper lung better
 delineated on the CT scan from  is concerning for malignancy and
 should undergo further diagnostic workup. 
 Findings were discussed with Dr.  at 9:11 am on  via
 telephone.
