FINDINGS:
Comparison is made to prior study .
 
 There are calcifications in thoracic aorta.  There are vague opacities at the
 lung bases, which are most consistent with atelectasis.  The opacity at the
 right base may represent early infiltrate.  This is slightly improved since
 the previous study.  There is no free air underneath the hemidiaphragms. 
 There are no pneumothoraces.  No overt pulmonary edema is present.  There is
 degenerative changes of the AC and glenohumeral joints.
