                                 FINAL REPORT
 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  -year-old, intubated with possible TRALI vs. ARDS vs.
 pneumonia, has history of lymphoma.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study PET-CT .
 
 There is mild cardiomegaly.  Pacemaker leads are in a standard position. 
 Right PICC tip is in the cavoatrial junction.  The sternal wires are aligned. 
 NG tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm.  ET tube is in a standard
 position.
 
 Extensive bilateral dense consolidations are new from prior study, they can
 represent TRALI or ARDS.  Severe extensive pneumonia is in the radiologic
 differential diagnosis.  If any, there is a small right pleural effusion. 
 Patient has known fibrosis in the right lower lobe.
