FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the lung parenchyma is
 diffusely increased in density.  This is mainly caused by an increase in
 interstitial structures and subtle alveolar opacities.  There are  B
 lines and small effusions are still present.  In combination with the obvious
 cardiomegaly, moderate-to-severe interstitial pulmonary edema is to be
 suspected.
