 REASON FOR EXAMINATION:  Cough, concern for aspiration.
 
 Portable AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to .
 
 NG tube tip is in the stomach.  There is no definitive evidence of presence of
 tracheostomy or ET tube.  Heart size and mediastinum are grossly unremarkable
 but note is made of left lower lung opacity potentially representing
 atelectasis in combination of pleural effusion.  No pneumothorax is seen.
