FINDINGS:
The cardiomediastinal contours are within normal limits.  The bilateral hila
 are unremarkable.  There is a right lower lobe opacity which is concerning for
 developing infection.  The remainder of the lungs are clear.  There is no
 evidence of pulmonary vascular congestion.  There is no pneumothorax or
 pleural effusion.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe pneumonia.
